Updated the DashBoard page

Updated the DashBoard page due to it making the app run very slow and making the upgrades buttons not function within a timelimit, hence then causing the input action to not be carryed out.

Changes:

1. Moved the wallet overview onto its own app page now freeing up the memory usage. (server sided)

2. Added a 'Automaton'  section on the Desktop app page with 3 new functions, these are --

• Rig controls, allowing all rigs to be turned on and off from one press of a button
• Auto-repair, allowing all rigs to be repaired once the wear % on a rig is at the players chosen percentage.
• Auto-sell, allowing crypto to be sold instantly without having to go onto the Manage Crypto page.

• NOTE Auto-repair AND Auto-sell are instantly avilable as of now due to this update is live and has been proven to work, I will now be adding a leveing system in which you will have too reach a set level to 'unlock' the Auto-sell and Auto-repair - I might be annoying and also add it too the cosmetics tab in the blackmarket in which then it would also cost money (NOT REAL MONEY IN GAME MONEY ONLY!) to them be able too use the Auto-repair and Auto-sell features!
